    Haven’t made this yet. The measurements are in metric and BTU.?? Are the seeds 90 grams before or after they are grounded? I read it as after they are measured so very little seeds are used.

    I am planning to make this interesting bread.
    Question:
    Wouldn’t the baking soda react with the sunflower seeds?
    I once made cookies that contained these two ingredients, and after a few days, the cookies turned green. I googled this and found out that baking soda and sunflower seeds should not be used together.
    Did you face this problem when you baked this bread?

    You mention whisking the egg whites, but no specific use of the egg yolks…are the egg yolks incorporated into the bread dough at some point? I am intrigued by this recipe

    So the recipe ingredients say 4 eggs, while the instructions only mention using the whites. I just want to clarify this, are we NOT using the yolks here at all?
